American RTS was shaped by the service background and work ethic of Marcus, a U.S. Marine veteran with experience in motor transportation. His time in the military helped form the standards behind the company: stay dependable, take responsibility, communicate clearly, and serve people with purpose.

After his military service, that same mindset carried into towing and roadside assistance. American RTS grew from a commitment to help local drivers with the kind of care people need when they are stranded, stressed, or unsure what to do next. Today, the company continues to serve New Braunfels with a steady focus on safety, professionalism, and treating people the right way.
